Dr. Kurtzman began his education at St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN receiving dual degrees in Chemistry and Biology in 1995. He completed his graduate studies at the University of Minnesota with a D.D.S. degree in 1999 and his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical residency in 2003.

Dr. Kurtzman received his ABOMS board certification in 2005 and is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association as well as the Minnesota Dental Association. He enjoys the broad scope of the oral and maxillofacial surgical practice including orthognathic reconstructive jaw surgery and dental implants.
