Dr. Hutton is originally from Plattsmouth, NE. He attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he played football for four years. Dr. Hutton was a two time Academic All-American and received an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship for his first year of medical school. He has been practicing orthopaedics in Omaha since 1994.

Being fellowship trained in sports medicine, and shoulder and knee surgery, he focuses his practice on the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder disorders and sports injuries. Dr. Hutton has had the opportunity to work with the Denver Broncos, the U.S. Alpine Ski Team and is currently a team orthopaedic surgeon for the University of Nebraska – Omaha and Bellevue University. Dr. Hutton stays up to date with current techniques in shoulder arthroscopy by teaching and attending multiple regional and national courses each year.
