Dr. Zechman earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Philadelphia College  of Pharmacy and Science, where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her medical degree from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and completed her residency at George Washington University. She began her practice in 2003 and joined Virginia Women’s Center in 2007.

In addition to her educational and professional accomplishments, Dr. Zechman is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Medical Society of Virginia, the Richmond OB-GYN Society and the American Medical Association.
