Wade T. Schultz, DDS, MD was born and raised in Green Bay, WI and graduated from Premontre High School. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse with a degree in biology, he attended Marquette University School of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.  Following dental school, he was accepted directly into a residency program for training as a specialist.Dr. Schultz completed a six-year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Some of the first orthognathic (jaw) surgery and dental implant surgery procedures performed in the United States were done at the Mayo Clinic. The doctors who performed these procedures were Dr. Schultz’s consultant surgeons and instructors. While at this respected and cutting-edge institution, Dr. Schultz was trained in the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, managing a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions.
