Dr. Peterson is the daughter of an Army Chaplain and has grown up all over the world.   Dr. Peterson received her veterinary degree from Tuskegee University.  After graduation, she moved to North Carolina.  She joined a mixed animal practice and enjoyed treating a variety of animals.  Dr. Peterson has now joined us in Florida to enjoy  “fun in the sun” and leave snow behind.  Dr. Peterson enjoys travel, SCUBA diving and reading.  She shares her home with 2 cats,  named Indiana and Delaney who have really become her constant companions. Why does she come to work each day? She gets immense satisfaction in helping making a difference in the relationship of pets with their owners.
