Dr. McCain has pioneered Arthroscopic surgery.  He published the first article on arthroscopy and sialoendoscopy in the United States, holds academic positions at the FIU college of Medicine, and is a professor of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at Nova Southeastern University.  He is also a board examiner for the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
