Six months ago I injured my wrist. I was unable to do normal push ups and was in constant pain. June 29th I was in a very bad car wreck and aggravated the problem even more. A few days after the accident , I went to rejuvenate you integrative medical center to see Dr Bino Rucker. I explained the problem and without putting one hand on me he injected my wrist with one ozone shot and fixed the issue within minutes. While in the office he asked me to do a push up. Most amazing doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Dr Rucker takes so much time to understand the core of what's going on with you. His goal is to find a solution and not just prescribe meds to temporarily aide the issue. His knowledge is something to be reckoned with. And his bed side manner is like no other.
