His joint replacement practice consists of shoulder, hip, and knee replacement surgery. Dr. Harpstrite is one of the few surgeons performing anterior approach total hip replacement in the state. This involves a novel approach to hip replacement that allows precise implant placement with out cutting any muscles. Anterior approach allows a shorter hospital stay and a faster recovery with fewer complications.
