Dr. Isdith has been practicing at HPOMS for 17 years. She and Dr.Hart have been partners for 15 years. Dr. Isdith is a native of New York, but her heart is now in Seattle. She moved to Seattle 4 days after completing her residency.

Her undergraduate training was completed at New York University where she received a Bachelor of Arts and Science. She then went on to her studies at New York University College of Dentistry and completed her residency at NYU in a four year training program in oral and maxillofacial surgery. In 1997 following the completion of her oral surgery training, she moved to Seattle, Washington to start a fellowship at the University of Washington under the direction of Dr. Philip Worthington. During this one year fellowship, she did extensive work in implant surgery as well as cutting edge grafting procedures. After the completion of her fellowship, she was asked to stay on at the University as an assistant professor. Her duties included teaching the undergraduate students, as well as instructing residents in oral surgery.
