Dr. Carl Jurgens is a practicing oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Decatur, Illinois, where he has had a private practice, Jurgens and Kneezel, Ltd., since 1982. Dr. Jurgens received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Loyola University Dental School in Chicago, Illinois, in 1978.
