Dr. Alan Miyake graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center with both DDS and MD degrees.  He was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Alpha Omega Alpha, both honor societies in the dental and medical fields.

After acquiring his dental and medical degrees, Dr. Miyake was trained in General Surgery, Oral Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and the Cosmetic Surgery Center in Little Rock.
