Originally from Charlotte,  Adam earned his Animal Science degree from NC State University and then attended Veterinary School at Auburn University.  Dr. McGarity enjoys enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has developed a particular interest in a few of the more intricate disciplines like endocrinology and dermatology.  In his free time Adam enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda, and son, Alister.  His hobbies include cooking, working in the yard, and exercising with his dogs Roxie, Diesel and Captain.
