Dr. Greene has been practicing oral surgery in the Nashua area since 1986 and placing dental implants since 1984. He received his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 1982, he went on to complete a four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital/University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas, which included a year of training in anesthesiology.

Dr. Greene has been a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons since 1987 and is an active member of the hospital staff at St. Joseph’s Medical Center.
