Dr. Hogan is Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Anesthesiology. He holds a position as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University and has privileges at Emory University Hospital Midtown, Saint Joseph’s Hospital, and Grady Memorial Hospital. Dr. Hogan keeps abreast of the latest oral and maxillofacial surgery techniques, procedures, and research by attending multiple continuing education courses throughout the year.

In addition, he volunteers as an instructor for the oral & maxillofacial surgery residents at Emory University on a regular basis. Finally, Dr. Hogan was formally one of the oral surgeons on the medical staff of the Atlanta Thrashers and is the oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the Gwinnett Braves. He maintains a certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
