Dr. Johnson joined Orthopedic Associates in August 2012. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience in 2002. He completed medical school training at the University of Michigan Medical School, graduating in 2006. He then spent one year at the University of Nebraska Medical Center for General Surgery internship before moving back to Michigan for Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Michigan State University / Kalamazoo Center for Medical Studies. He finished residency in 2011. He completed a fellowship in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at the University of New Mexico in 2012.
