Dr. Godin grew up in Tupper Lake, NY. His many family pets helped to spark an interest in veterinary medicine.

Following High School Dr. Godin attended SUNY Canton enrolling in the Veterinary Technician program. He finished his undergraduate education at Cornell University with a bachelors of Animal Science.

Dr. Godin is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation he worked as a mixed animal practitioner in Plattsburgh, NY treating dogs, cats, horses, cows and a variety of other creatures.
