Budd A Tucker, PhD has specialized in Regenerative Ophthalmology,  Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences. During his career he has had extensive experience and published several manuscripts/scientific abstracts relating to stem cell production, culture, isolation, differentiation and transplantation (via both cell injection and polymer scaffold mediated delivery).

He has completed his BA in Biology from Sir Wilfred Grenfell College, Memorial University of Newfoundland and PhD in Neuroscience from Memorial University of Newfoundland. He has then completed his Fellowship in Ophthalmology from Harvard Medical School.
