Dr. Stefko is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in arthroscopic repair or reconstruction of shoulder and knee injuries. He has extensive surgical experience with arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery, shoulder replacement surgery as a treatment option for arthritis and ACL knee reconstruction.Dr. Stefko is a native of Youngstown, Ohio. He attended medical school at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. While in medical school he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honorary society. After medical school, Dr. Stefko completed an orthopedic surgical residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) between 1989 and 1994.
