Dr. Palomino earned his medical degree from Michigan State University in 1998 before completing his orthopaedic residency at Des Peres hospital in Saint Louis . Dr. Palomino served two years as chief resident. He then completed his sports medicine fellowship at The Christ Hospital Bone and Joint Institute/Wellington Orthopedic & Sports Medicine, in Cincinnati , Ohio.
