I have received nothing but kindness, consideration and general concern and wonderful care from Dr. Steve Grossinger for well over a year. The front desk staff can, at times be a bit brisk (as someone who works as a front desk manager myself) -however I've seen what they have to deal with day in and day out--clients demanding their "pills" barking at the staff and showing no level of respect whatsoever. . So, cut them some slack, stop chasing pills and show up when you're scheduled and you shouldn't have an issue!

Excellent Doctors and a great staff! They tend to be busy but most great places are busy! Dr. Steven practices the most up to date techniques for pain management and his gentle nature makes it tolerable. It's my privilege to be his patient!

I have been going to Grossinger NeuroPain Specialist for a since the beginning of the year and they have been helping me a great deal with the pain I have in my back from a bad accident. No one was able to help me in the past, but they have. I strongly recommend.
