Dr. Carroll is fellowship-trained and board certified in the sub specialty of orthopedic sports medicine. In addition to his care of athletes of all ages, he practices general orthopedics and fracture care.Dr. Carroll is a team physician for Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology and one of the team physicians for the Lancaster Barnstormers, and he serves as orthopedic consultant for Franklin & Marshall College.
