I simply can not say enough good things about this place. We were seen at a hospital up north, and I didn't feel comfortable with their plan for my daughter. I called Concord Ortho and they said to just start driving. I mentioned that it was nearly closing time and I was an hour away, and they said just get here, we'll stay open. We arrived, were seen immediately, and scheduled for surgery the next day. Dr. Urbanek & the entire staff was great on the day of her surgery, as well as the many visits we've had since she
  • great experience!
I had a bad ankle fracture and required surgery. Dr. Gentchos was so great and informative the entire process, I felt completely comfortable in his care. The male nurse (I can't remember his name) & Dr. Pitts (who prepped me for surgery) were both so great. The nurses who took care of me in the recovery room (Kate, Heather & Grace) were so fantastic and kind. I had a great experience and everyone involved with my care were absoutely fabulous.

  • Highly recommend!
My daughter hurt her wrist in a soccer game and our family doctors office recommended she be seen by Concord Ortho. We walked in on a Saturday, friendly receptionist, was seen quickly and treated well by doctor and assistant. Wrist was put in a cast and they recommended to use a waterproof covering when she took a shower, but the one they had was not covered by insurance. I appreciated that very much. Overall, a very good experience for my daughter.
  • the best
First rate! Terrific experience all around. When I broke my leg and needed to see an orthopedist we put out calls to 3 hospitals and Concord Ortho.. They were the first to get back to us and we saw the doctor the next day-- the second hospital to reply got back to us 2 days later. Everyone was fast and professional from the radiologist to the OTC to the rock star Doctor. After 2 weeks I needed to get my cast replaced. I called at 1, they got me in at 3 the same day and let me leave in
