Dr. Michael M. Hashemian is a board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon serving the greater Hernando and Citrus Tampa-bay area. Dr. Hashemian had the option of choosing a four-year training program, and he elected to go through a six-year Residency program to have a broader training in all different aspects of medicine and surgery.

Dr Hashemian has studied and completed multiple courses with Nobel Biocare / Branemark which is of the world’s leading authorities in dental implants. He was one of the world’s few surgeons in Florida who started the guided surgery for placement of implants. With this CT guided planning and computer assisted technique, placement of implants has become more accurate and predictable.
