Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires a four year dental school education and then an additional four to six years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training. Dr. Kempers and Dr. Nelson practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery, dental implant surgery, and wisdom tooth removal.
