Dr Alan Jurgens

Dr Alan Jurgens was the Dr on call during the New Years holiday. I spoke to him twice after hours, he called back the next day to follow up as well as offered to see my daughter on New Years Day. Dr Jurgens was kind to me and he was respectful of my feelings as a concerned parent. He never made me feel like I was a bother to him and he was so patient and understanding.
