    Suffered for 40 yrs lower back pain caused by trauma crushed vertebre. At the time of the accident i had no insurance. I dont think they even had the medical knowledge to repair the damage at the time.I retired had the time,insurance,and support to seek treatment.pain was getting worse. I was unable to do the things i desired to do upon retirement.It was time to do something. Not having confidence i could get relief,i gave them a shot at it.     I have been here for several problems including a spinal fusion, metatarsal fusion and a hip problem. The first time was with Dr. McConrey who performed my spinal fusion. Going in I said, “no surgery “. After Dr. McConrey talked and explained what was wrong in three minutes I said, “Let’s do it”. He told me to look at a website about the surgery, a web site about him and then discuss it with my family. If I still choose to do the surgery to call his nurse and schedule it. Everything went superbly!

    The staff was very helpful. Everyone we dealt with from the first phone call to the staff we passed in the hallway to the doctor and nurses was very friendly and made son feel comfortable and cared for! Top notch customer service!!

    Walk-in clinic is really great. Did not need to take time off work, was able to get immediately. Was even given boot as a freebie due to being self-pay patient. Problem was with billing: Yes, the 45% discount if you pay at the time of your visit is great; however, what if the patient does not have any form of payment on them at the time of their visit? Is it not possible to make payment arrangements based on even the discounted bill? What about offering some type of financial patient assistance program for those patients (such as myself) who
