Highly recommend!

When I was ready to have my breast reduction surgery 2 years ago , I asked my hospital co-workers for suggestions for a plastic surgeon. I followed up on some and no of them seemed to feel right or their staff was awful. Then I came across Dr Emile Picarella and I knew he was the one who I wanted to do my surgery once I meet him.
