Staff was very polite. I was able to reschedule my appointment very easy. I arrived early at the facility and was seen promptly - too promptly I would say since I couldn't even use the restroom. Radiologists joked with me while doing what had to be done. The entire CT scan procedure lasted less than twenty minutes. I was out the door in less than half an hour and the results were e-mailed to the referring doctor within minutes.

I don't know what people are complaining about. This has been a great facility to go to. It's kind of far away for me, but it seems all imaging facilities are in that area. The facilities are clean and modern, the staff has always been nice and respectful and most importantly, I'm usually in an out within 30 minutes.

Yes, we had to wait for close to 45 min but the facilities are very clean. Well worth the wait.
