Incredible clinic

The Care Coordination of this team is INCREDIBLE!! It is like a well oiled machine not missing a beat!! Physicians, physician assistant, preop registration, OR team, preop team, case managers, home health nurse, social worker, inpatient team, physical therapy - NONE of them missed a beat. They ALL knew about my case and acted as though they had daily conversations about me!! A model of what Care Coordination and Case Management is all about! Great job!!!

The best!!!

This is a wonderful facility. Dr. Salava did hip replacement on me and I had no problems and only minor pain post-op. He is a wonderful surgeon and he has an awesome personality. I have recommended him to several friends. He is the best!!!
