As a Native Californian, Dr. Andre Lallande graduated magna cum laude from California State Polytechnical University Pomona with a BS degree in Biology. He graduated medical school, summa cum laude, from Western University of Health Sciences/College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He received many awards such as The Commander Philip H Lee Naval Scholarship Award for the top military medical student and The COMP Alumni Award which is given to the most outstanding graduating medical student in his class.

Dr. Lallande completed his internship at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, and post graduate education at Naval Medical Center San Diego, and Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms specializing in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and family practice.
