absolutely amazing and thorough

Dr. Van Brocklin is absolutely amazing and thorough. He takes his time with you and sincerely appears to care about you. The front desk/office staff are also amazing friendly, and greet you with a great deal of delight. His nurse, Laura, however, leaves little to be desired. She has a "fake" smile, and an underlying attitude that is more than apparent. She is snippety and borderline rude - she really doesn't fit with the others who are so professional and kind.
