Dr. Bhat is a graduate of the University of Bombay, India where he completed his medical training as well as a residency program in Orthopedic Surgery. Upon arrival to the United States, he served as the International Clinical Research Spine Fellow at the Research Institute International in Gainesville, Florida. His residency training in New York included a surgical internship at the Lenox Hill Hospital followed by a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at the NYU Medical Center.

Dr. Bhat specializes in the non-surgical management of spinal and occupational disorders. His interventional spine fellowship at the Penn Spine Center at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania enables him to pursue diagnostic and therapeutic approach to patients with spine related pain.
