Dr. Dar earned his medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. After a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Dr. Dar went on to become board certified in medical oncology and internal medicine. He has a special interest in prostate cancer, breast cancer, clinical trials and research.Dr. Dar has won several awards including the Patients’ Choice Award for Most Compassionate and Best Doctor, as well as Top Doctor by Northern Virginia Magazine. He holds professional memberships in multiple organizations including the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Medical Association.Dr. Dar is married and has two teenaged children.
