AN EXCEPTIONAL SURGEON!!!!!!!

Dr. Tolin is the best surgeon I have ever dealt with, and I have had numerous surgeries over the years. He sincerely cares about you as a patient and as one who needs medical attention. He is never rushed when he is talking to you, and he spends a lot of casual and personal time explaining EVERYTHING! I highly recommend Dr. Tolin to everyone!
