Miller attended medical school at the University of California, Los Angeles. From there he completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Hawaii. Upon finishing his residency he received further training by completing a hand fellowship at the University of California San Diego.

100% satisfaction.

Dr. Miller operated on my wrist when he was practicing in California. I had seen several doctors over 2 1/2 years who simply gave me a cortisone injection. I found Dr. Miller, who recognized the symptoms and performed successful outpatient procedure. Healed quickly and the functioning of my thumb and hand have been perfect ever since. My husband had a "trigger finger," problem, but found that Dr. Miller was in Utah. He flew to Utah to have Dr. Miller operate. 100% satisfaction. The best.
