Dr. Daniel Tensmeyer, M.D. – Dr. Tensmeyer, is a fellowship-trained Sports Medicine Orthopaedic Surgeon. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology. He completed medical school at the Medical College of Wisconsin where he was honored with membership in the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society and also received The Hiram Benjamin Award for Proficiency in Anatomy.
