Dr. Raab is a native of Chester County growing up in West Chester, Pennsylvania. He graduated from West Chester East High School in 1993. After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, he returned to the Philadelphia area to attend medical school at The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and received his medical degree in 2001.

Dr. Raab completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery in 2006 at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia. He received the Mark and Henrietta Avart Award for outstanding resident his senior year. He is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and has been in practice since 2006 providing treatment for all aspects of musculoskeletal care.
