An accomplished Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Bullis provides special expertise in treating knee and shoulder problems, sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Bullis is the only fellowship trained sports medicine surgeon in Fall River. Dr. Bullis has long associations with, and is the orthopedic physician of record for area high school sports programs. He also assists college and professional athletes in the same capacity.

Dr. Bullis completed his undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College and obtained his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in Hanover, in New Hampshire. He fulfilled his surgical residency at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA, completing rotations at the Hand Rehabilitation Center of Jefferson University Hospital, University of Pennsylvania Hospital, and the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
