A native of Soldotna, Alaska, Dr. Anderson completed his undergraduate work at Utah State University in Logan, Utah and received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Anderson completed his internship at Medical Center of Independence in Kansas City, Missouri and his general surgery and orthopedic surgical residencies at Medical Center of Independence. Following his residency program, Dr. Anderson served in the United States Army as Chief of Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery at Munson Army Medical Center.
