Wonderful!

Dr. Dalprat, his partner and staff are simply wonderful! They are knowledgeable, caring, and really spend the extra time and attention to give you the best quality of care. Dr. Dalprat answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the PRP injections from the beginning. Very few offices do PRP and even less do it in-house like they do. The service you receive is exeptional. I had a very positive experience. Even making the appointment was easy. Lydia, at the front desk was very helpful. I will definitely go back

Needs improvement

The girl who drew my blood stuck me three times. Came in the room already gloved. touched the door knob, her hair. She prepped my arm with alcohol but touched the site several times, this defeats the purpose of the alcohol pad.. and then begin to fish for a vein. Totally incompetent. Staff full of MA, doubt if there is a nurse available. His staff is task oriented not patient specific.
