Dr. Katie is a 1989 graduate of the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical School.  Dr. Katie started and operated two clinics in Faribault and Owatonna over the last 22 years and developed a reputation for being thorough, being able to handle difficult cases, and developing a strong interest in surgery and dentistry.  Dr. Katie is the only veterinarian in southern Minnesota certified to do both TPLO and TTA repairs for ACL cruciate tears in dogs.  In addition to that has extensive experience with other orthopedic conditions and difficult surgeries, dentistry including root canals, pulpotomies, and difficult extractions.
