Dr. Lindgren explained what was needed, what to expect during and after surgery. I felt at ease with him and confident that I would have a good outcome. Considering my age (82) it took a little longer for recovery than some but I made steady progress. I had a lot of pain for many years before deciding something had to be done. The pain that still lingers is from years of hard work as a farmer. At 7 weeks out, I'm rid of the walker and cane and will continue therapy for another month.
