B. Ashwin Kumar, M.D. is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon that has been in practice in the Midwest City area since 2009 with satellite offices in Shawnee and Seminole.Before joining AllianceHealth Medical Group, Dr. Kumar received his medical degree from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and is a Diplomate of the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow, United Kingdom. He completed a sports medicine fellowship in Buffalo, New York, where he was a team physician for the Buffalo Bills and their ice hockey team, the Buffalo Sabers.
