Dr. Sorrell is board certified in anesthesiology and trained in acupuncture, making her a highly skilled expert in pain management. She graduated from Cornell University with a BS in biology and a concentration in genetics and simultaneously from SUNY Health Science Center College of Health Related Professions in respiratory therapy in New York. She returned to Cornell for her DVM degree, and then completed a one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Rowley Memorial Animal Hospital in Massachusetts.
