Dr. Irvin grew up in Concord, NC. She graduated from North Carolina State University in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. She graduated from North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007.  After graduating Veterinary school, Dr. Irvin completed a one year internship at Hollywood Animal Hospital, a busy 24 hour hospital located in Hollywood, Florida. Dr. Irvin then worked for a small animal hospital in Winston Salem for 3 years before moving back to NC to be closer to family.
