Dr. Dulske attended Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, TX, where he has honors in Alpha Omega Alpha. He graduated fourth in his class with an award for excellence in Neuroscience. Dr. Dulske went on to attend the University of Mississippi Medical School with an Internship in Orthopaedic Surgery and his Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Dulske completed the Fellowship in arthroscopy and Sports Medicine in Philadelphia, PA under Joseph S. Torg, M.D. Dr. Dulske was awarded the Philadelphia Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine Award for Academic Excellence.
