Miguel Pupiales, MD is board certified in Anesthesia, Pain Medicine, and is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner. He completed his residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and has completed two additional years of training in minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic pain procedures at IMAB, a site of training for the University of Washington Medical School, Dr. Pupiales is an instructor for the International Spine Intervention Society.
