Managing Partner with Dr. Denise Roche, Dr. Caldwell has over 20 years veterinary medical/surgical practice experience. He is a proud father of two beautiful daughters. He is a member, with perfect attendance, of Springfield’s Southeast Rotary Club since 2010.

An active team member, he helps manage the Rock n’ Ribs BBQ Festival benefiting seven local children’s charities.
