Dr. Echo has been in private practice since 1993. After graduation he spent one year working in Westwood and Jersey City NJ.  In 1994 he joined and existing practice in Montclair and a new practice in Nutley. He spent many years on staff at Columbus Hospital, Mountainside Hospital and Clara Maass Medical Center.

Dr. Echo is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association and the New Jersey Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
