Everyone who talks to me, from the receptionist, the worker who takes my blood, the nurse and the doctor have always been cheerful, respectful, attentive and professional when I visit for my 6 month checkup. My only complaint is the wait time. My appointment is at the end of the day, usually 3:30pm for blood work and 3:45pm to see the doctor. I usually don't see the doctor until at least 4:30pm or later. I have learned to bring a book while I'm waiting.
  • very good
    All nursing/assistant was very good.
  • I'm a patient of 18 years.
When I first meet him I wasn't sure about him. He gave me all the facts and told me plan out "If I did not have the Bone Marrow Transplant" I would only have 2-3 years to live. 18 years later I am here due to him. Yes it takes time to get close to him but I have NEVER been rushes at anytime when I was talking with him about my cancer. Yes he has been very late for my and other patients appointments but that is because they have need of his expertise. You learn patience with him.
